JSSE non-members are also welcome to participate. The fee for participation is free (if presenting a paper, the first author needs to pay the publication fee). If an application to the JSSE membership has already been submitted at the time of registration for presentation at this research conference, the applicant will be regarded as a member of JSSE. If you would like to present your research, please fill in the registration form at the link shown in “Registration and deadline: Participation” above. - For registration, please list the names and affiliations of all authors in the order they appear in the paper. Please also enter the same presentation title in registration as provided in the paper. - We will prepare the conference program based on the information provided in registration. If the authors’ names, affiliations, or presentation title in the submitted paper do not match the information entered in registration, the correct information may not be reflected in the conference program. - The table of contents for “JSSE Research Report” published on J-STAGE will be made based on the authors’ names and presentation titles indicated in the submitted paper. The deadline for presenters’ registration, payment for presentation, and paper submission is Thursday, October 15, 2026. We would like to know/estimate the number of presentations before the specified deadline, so we would appreciate it if individuals planning to present register by Monday, October 5 via the link shown in “Registration and deadline: Participation” above. We appreciate your cooperation. - Payment for the presentation and submission of the paper are acceptable until October 15. - Presentation registration submitted after October 5 will be accepted until October 15. [Important Note] Please note that if paper submission and payment are not confirmed, the presentation will be automatically cancelled. In this case, the paid fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. It cannot be transferred to other conferences either. We will not take care of any inquiries regarding refunds or similar matters. Please plan your presentation application carefully. Co-authors need to register for participation in the conference by themselves. The first author who completed registration for presentation does not need to register for participation.
